RLYNE Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 November 2026
1. Who publishes RLYNE
The RLYNE app and the rlyneapp.com website are published by Léo Jolly, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), SIRET 103 353 272 000 018, 13 Allée des Glajous, 85230 Saint-Urbain, France. Contact: rlyneapp@gmail.com. Full details are in the legal notice.
2. What the app does
RLYNE guides you in taking photos of your head, measures on your iPhone how your hairline, temples and crown change, and shows you regular reports. It offers a program of methods with their level of evidence, a daily reminder, and a coach that answers your questions based on your measurements.
Measurements are estimates, shown with a margin of error. They depend on photo quality (lighting, angle, hairstyle).
3. Not medical advice
RLYNE is not a medical device. The information provided, including by the coach, is general and educational. It is neither a diagnosis nor a prescription. RLYNE never gives a dose for a prescription drug. For a non-prescription product, always follow the product's instructions. See a doctor in case of sudden hair loss, patches, pain, or any doubt about your health.
4. Your account and your age
RLYNE is for people 18 and older only. Age is verified by a self-declaration at first launch.
You can use RLYNE without creating an account: an anonymous account is then created. You can link it to your Apple ID ("Sign in with Apple") to get your data back. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app: Reports › Settings › Delete my account.
5. Subscription, free trial and cancellation
Full access (detailed results, reports, program, coach) requires a RLYNE Pro subscription, purchased through Apple's App Store:
- Annual: €49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial if you're eligible.
- Weekly: €7.99 per week, no trial.
- A one-time offer may be shown to you for a limited time. Its displayed deadline is real and is never artificially restarted.
Prices include all taxes for France and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically for the same duration and at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone settings (your name › Subscriptions); the app takes you there directly from Reports › Settings › Subscription.
Right of withdrawal: access to the digital content begins upon purchase or at the end of the trial, at your express request, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Any refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms (reportaproblem.apple.com).
6. What you agree to do
Use RLYNE for your own tracking, only photograph yourself, and not attempt to circumvent how the app works or extract its content.
7. Liability
RLYNE is provided with care, but with no guarantee of results on your hair growth. The publisher cannot be held liable for a decision made solely on the basis of the app, nor for a temporary unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.
8. Intellectual property
The RLYNE brand, logo, texts, illustrations and app code belong to the publisher. Your photos and your data remain yours.
9. Personal data
Your photos stay on your iPhone. What we process, why, and how to exercise your rights: see the privacy policy.
10. Complaints and mediation
Write to rlyneapp@gmail.com first. If no solution is found within two months, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France · 01 89 47 00 14 · www.cm2c.net.
11. Changes, language and governing law
These terms may change; in the event of a significant change, you will be informed in the app. They are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of any discrepancy between translations, the French version prevails.
